How can I reduce echoes during Live Tutoring Sessions?

Echoes in the Live Tutoring sessions usually occur because your headset, or another participant's headset isn't configured properly.  Ensuring your headset is configured before attending your Live Tutoring session is the best way to prevent echo.

Setting up your headset: If you continue to hear echoes in the Live Tutoring sessions, click the Live Help button and a Live Support technician will troubleshoot the problem.
