What is a Subprocessor?A subprocessor is a contracted service provider that Rosetta Stone uses to process data to enable us to provision and support our Rosetta Stone® enterprise products and services to all of our enterprise customers, who are the data controllers of that data.
Rosetta Stone’s Process for Contracting with SubprocessorsWhen engaging and contracting subprocessors to support our enterprise products and services, we seek out service providers that share our commitment to maintaining the privacy and security of Personal Data, and to including contractual commitments to protect and maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Data consistent with our obligations as processor under our agreements with our enterprise customers for our enterprise products and service, the requirements of applicable law, and taking into account the Personal Data processed and services provided by the subprocessors. The following table details subprocessor entities engaged in the processing or storage of Personal Data for Rosetta Stone’s enterprise products and services:
UpdatesAs our business grows and evolves, the subprocessors we utilize for our Rosetta Stone® enterprise products and services may also change. We will provide the designated owner of the enterprise customer’s Rosetta Stone account with notice of any new subprocessors in accordance with our agreement terms and by posting such updates here.
