Advanced English for Business

In this section, you will learn about the different types of reports you can run for learners using Advanced English for Business.

1. Sign in with your e-mail address and password.

2. Choose "Administrator Tools" from the product options on your landing page.

3. Click on the "Reports" option on the Administrator Tools main page.

4. At the top right corner of your screen, click the down button to view a list of products you can report on. Choose "Advanced English for Business".

5. Now you can view the following reports:  

Learner Usage Report

This report provides overall usage data for learners in the Advanced English for Business product. Information includes Last Activity Date, Total Time Spent in Lessons, Tutoring Sessions Attended, and Total Time Spent in Product.

Make sure to filter for any specific dates that are applicable to your needs by clicking on the calendar icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Lesson Progress Report

This report is shown in the form of a dashboard and provides information on each learner's progress through lessons in Advanced English for Business. In this report, you will be able to see learner scores on various skills including vocabulary, reading aloud, and writing practice, among others.

This report can only be viewed as a dashboard in Administrator Tools. If you need to export this information, run a Learner Progress and Usage Report (details below).

For the Lesson Progress Report you are also able to use the "Toggle Search" button to help organize results.

Learner Progress and Usage Report

This is the most detailed report you can pull for Advanced English for Business learners. You will be able to see lesson-specific usage as well as each learner's license type, start and end dates, current and test CEFR levels, and goal names.

Make sure to filter for any specific dates that are applicable to your needs by clicking on the calendar icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Exporting Reports

To export either the Learner Usage Report or the Learner Progress Report, click on either the blue "export" button or the export icon at the top left side of the screen.

The report will be sent to the "Manage Reports" section on the left hand side.

Find the report you would like to download, and then click either "XLS" or "CSV" to download the report in your preferred format. XLS is recommended if your computer uses delimiters other than commas​.
