Reset your Rosetta Stone Foundations Password
1. Open a web browser and visit your custom Rosetta Stone website (EXAMPLE.rosettastoneclassroom.com or EXAMPLE.rosettastoneenterprise.com).
2. Click on the link titled “Forgot your password?”
If you get the message “Your organization doesn’t allow you to reset your forgotten password. Contact your administrator for help.” please reach out to the Rosetta Stone administrator within your organization. Your administrator will need to contact your Rosetta Stone representative to enable this feature.
3. Enter your username and click “Reset.”
Note: K12 learners typically do not have email addresses associated with their accounts, and will not be able to receive the password reset emails. In this case, learners will receive the following error message and will need to contact their administrator to reset their password:
