These steps will help you reset your password for the following products:

  • Rosetta Stone Download 


To Reset or Change your Rosetta Stone Password:

1. Visit https://totale.rosettastone.com/sign_in
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit." This field is case sensitive.

4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@rosettastone.com. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

5. Click the link provided in the email.
6. Type in the new password and click "Save."
