Tracking the number of live sessions attended

How to tell how many live sessions a learner has attended

The learner's report shows the time spent in the live tutoring sessions. Each session is equal to 30 minutes. In the example below you can see that the learner has spent 3 hours in the Live Tutorial component. This means that they have attended 6 sessions.

How to see which sessions a learner has attended

1. Ask the learners to check their attended sessions through the “My Achievements” feature in their program.

2. Select “Category” at the top right and scroll down the page to find the stamps earned in each Live Tutoring Level.

In the example below you can see that the learner has completed both sessions (Lesson 2 & 4) for Units 13, 14 and 15.  The stamps which are grayed out indicate that the learner hasn’t attended any session in that unit or has only attended one of them.

3. To keep track of the sessions, you can have students use the Studio Tracking document below.

You can either print the image file and have students color the white circle to keep track of the sessions they have attended in each unit, or download an Excel document which can be completed by moving the blue circles to cover the attended sessions.
