Unable to complete Rosetta Stone Kids Reading In-App Purchase

After trying to complete a Rosetta Stone Kids Reading In-App Purchase, you may not have received your order confirmation with your sign in credentials. Follow the steps below to fix this.

iOS

Force close the Rosetta Stone Kids reading program:
  1. Double click the home button.
  2. Swipe the Rosetta Stone Kids reading application upward to close it completely.
  3. Relaunch the Rosetta Stone Kids reading application.
  4. Complete the parental lock (the math question) and it should take you to an order complete page.

Android

Force close the Rosetta Stone Kids reading program:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Choose Apps.
  3. On some Samsung phones, touch the General tab atop the Settings app screen, and then choose the Application Manager item.
  4. Touch the Running tab to view only active or running apps.
  5. Or you can swipe the screen to the left until the Running tab appears.
  6. Choose the Rosetta Stone Kids Reading app.
  7. Touch the Stop or Force Stop button.
  8. Relaunch the Rosetta Stone Kids reading application.
  9. Complete the parental lock (the math question) and it should take you to an order complete page.
