TELL ME MORE - When I open the program it says "No Accounts listed here"

In Windows operating systems, you have the ability to create new user profiles, or new users. When you do this, you can sometimes lose your account information.

This is due to your profile not having the data file (tmm.sdf) for your TELL ME MORE product. 
 
You have two choices at this time: 
 
1. Create a new account, and continue your training. This option will not have any of your past data included in your new account.
 
2. You can copy your user progress file (tmm.sdf) to your new profile data location and continue your training where you left off. Click here for instructions on how to backup your user progress file.
