TELL ME MORE - McAfee Real Time Scanning Errors

McAfee software may cause errors with TELL ME MORE Version 10 if "Real Time Scanning" is enabled.  Best way to resolve is to work with McAfee support to disable their Real Time Scanning.

These steps may work on some version of McAfee to temporarily disable McAfee's Real Time Scanning.

1. Right-click the McAfee icon at the bottom-right corner of your Windows Desktop. (this may be hidden)

2. Select Change settings > Real-time Scanning from the menu.

3. In the Real-Time Scanning status window, click the Turn off button.

4. You can now specify when you want Real-Time Scanning to resume. It is recommended to select "When I restart".

Applicable versions of McAfee AntiVirus should be disabled until the next computer restart.
