TELL ME MORE - Recording Issues
If you are having recording issues with your TELL ME MORE Version 10 DVD or WebPass program, please follow the steps below:
How to fix:
1. On the Home screen, click Help in the top right and then click Speech Recognition - Microphone Settings.
2. Make sure the microphone you are using appears in the Select Microphone section. If it is not, click the drop down and choose your microphone.
3. Then proceed to the Microphone Test and follow the instructions to make sure the microphone is working.
4. Move on to the Microphone Settings section and adjust the sensitivity accordingly.
