TELL ME MORE - Cannot activate license
When attempting to activate the license key, you may receive a message "Cannot activate license" or "Cannot register the license number".
How to fix:
1. Click Start, All Programs, the TELL ME MORE folder, and then click Uninstall.
2. Make sure Keep the users' personal data is checked and click Uninstalling.
3. Reinstall TELL ME MORE.
4. Enter your license key when prompted and it should now activate.
