TELL ME MORE - CD (Lesson) Family is not present

You may received the message "CD (Lesson) Family is not present" in your TELL ME MORE Version 9 program if the CD is not readable or the incorrect CD is in the drive.

How to fix:

1. Ensure the correct CD is in the drive for the appropriate language you have opened.

2.Wipe the disc off with a soft microfiber cloth to ensure there are no smudges or dust on the disc.

3. See if the computer can view the files on the disc by clicking Start, Computer, and then click the DVD drive. If the computer cannot open the disc, the disc may need replacing.
