Rosetta Stone® Reading for Homeschool - My child's progress is not being saved
If it appears that your child's progress is not being saved in the Rosetta Stone® Reading for Homeschool program, please follow the steps below.
How to fix:
1. Make sure you are going to the site here.
2. Log in with your child's username and password.
3. Have them retry the lessons they had done previously.
Note: If the teacher/parent logs into the Core5 site with their email and password that is used for the myLexia site, it will enter a Demo Mode as shown below. The Demo Mode will not save any user progress and is intended to be used by the teacher/parent to view the exercises in which their child may be having trouble.
