My Rosetta Stone® mobile application is not recognizing my voice

If a Rosetta Stone® Mobile application isn't recognizing your child's voice, then it may be due to a recent update to iOS devices (iPad Touch®, iPhone®, or iPad®).  The solution is simply to change your device's settings to allow the app to use your microphone.  Follow this solution if you're using:
  • Learn Languages with Rosetta Stone

Allow the Rosetta Stone application to access your microphone

  1. Tap Settings and then tap Privacy. You will see the options below.

           2. Then tap Microphone and tap the slider icon next to your Rosetta Stone application to enable the microphone
