I receive an "XP510" error when attempting to create an account.
The XP510 error occurs when accounts that are associated with two different "master" accounts are created on the same computer.
The master account designation is permanent and cannot be changed. It is not possible to have two accounts which were created on different computers in use on the same computer.
In these cases, one of the accounts will have to be recreated using a different email address. Our log in system is case sensitive however so the same email address could be used as long as the capitalization of the letters was different. For example RosettaStone@email.com could be used instead of email@example.com.
