Error 9120 can occur when installing language levels. This is usually due to a dirty or scratched language level disc.Here's how to fix it:
- Try ejecting the CD. Clean the bottom of the disc with a microfiber cloth and retry.
- Try to install another language level disc if you have one. If that works, the disc could need replaced.
- If it is still not working, then try downloading the level or levels with our Digital Download for your language by clicking here.
