Error 8813 means the Activation ID does not match the language data that is installed. This can be caused, for example, by having Spanish Spain levels installed and using a Spanish Latin America Activation ID.
- Make sure the program is updated to the latest version by clicking here.
- Check the language listed on your Language Level CD's and what language appears above the Activation ID boxes. If there is a mismatch, please contact Rosetta Stone by clicking here.
- If you have upgraded your program from Version 3, you will need to enter your Version 3 Activation ID and click Activate. Then proceed to enter your Version 4 Upgrade ID and click Activate.
