Error 8813 means the Activation ID does not match the language data that is installed. This can be caused, for example, by having Spanish Spain levels installed and using a Spanish Latin America Activation ID.
- Make sure the program is updated to the latest version by clicking here.
- If you have purchased multiple products, confirm you have the correct ID.
- Double check ID code is entered properly - inverted numbers? "G" vs "6"? "O" vs. "0" (zero)?
- If you have upgraded your program from Version 3, you will need to enter your Version 3 Activation ID and click Activate. Then proceed to enter your Version 4 Upgrade ID and click Activate.
