Error 8813

Error 8813 means the Activation ID does not match the language data that is installed. This can be caused, for example, by having Spanish Spain levels installed and using a Spanish Latin America Activation ID.

Possible solutions:
  • Make sure the program is updated to the latest version by clicking here.
  • If you have purchased multiple products, confirm you have the correct ID.
  • Double check ID code is entered properly - inverted numbers?  "G" vs "6"?  "O" vs. "0" (zero)?
  • If you have upgraded your program from Version 3, you will need to enter your Version 3 Activation ID and click Activate. Then proceed to enter your Version 4 Upgrade ID and click Activate.
