The 2046 error message can occur when there is an issue with flash data with your Adobe Flash Player.
Here are the ways you can try to troubleshoot the error.
Clear your Internet Browser's Cookies and Cache. You can click here to learn how to clear Cookies and Cache for your browser.
Please click here to open your Global Storage Settings Panel.
Deselect the option labeled "Store common Flash components to reduce download times."
You will see a message screen " Delete and don't store common Flash components." Please click on Confirm.
Please check the option for "Store common Flash components to reduce download times."
The error 2046 should be fixed by now, and you should be able refresh our Rosetta Stone Language Learning website for proper access.
