An error has occurred when I sign into Language Learning
When signing into Language Learning, you may receive a message in a small gray box stating "An error has occurred" with a button to click OK. It may also contain an error code beginning with "TW".
Attempt to clear the cache and cookies from your web browser. If you are not familiar with how to, please click here.
This may be caused by having a special character in your password such as (&,+,-,%,etc)
Another possibility is that you may have an antivirus program installed that is blocking the program from loading.
