Activation Error 8122

If you have upgraded from Rosetta Stone Version 3 product to our latest Language Learning product, then you should have received an Upgrade Activation ID through the order confirmation email. You can also see the Upgrade ID on the website right after you make your purchase. 

Error 8122 can occur when you are using the Upgrade Activation ID before your Version 3 product is activated. 

Please follow the directions below to get your Rosetta Stone activated.
  1. Enter your Version 3 Activation ID into the activation boxes. 
  2. Then click Activate. This will Activate your Version 3 product.
  3. Rosetta Stone program will now prompt for your Upgrade ID. You will see the label above the activation boxes as "name of your language" Upgrade.
  4. Now type in your Upgrade ID and click Activate. 

Congratulations, you have successfully activated your Rosetta Stone Language Learning product.
