We want to make sure that you are confident with your purchase when you're purchasing Rosetta Stone.

Looking to break up payments? What are the Easy Payment Plans?

If you elect to pay via an available Easy Payment plan option, the full payment price will be charged in the applicable number of installments. The first payment (plus any applicable shipping and tax on the total purchase price), will be charged to the payment account you selected on the Order Page on the Purchase Date. Thereafter, your account will be charged each month for the remaining number of payments of the plan you selected, with 0% APR and no interest charged from Rosetta Stone.

*Installment Payment Plan options are made available on select product purchases only and require a valid billing address. Additional restrictions may apply.

How do I renew my Online Subscription?

Whether your Online Subscription came from a trial or full subscription, there are several options available for you to extend it. Renewal options are available in the My Account section when you sign in.

Are there payment plans for Homeschool products?

Homeschool products are also eligible for the 3-Pay Easy-Payment Plan. Read more for details about the different options available.

What is the 30 day, no-risk, money-back guarantee?

If you purchase our Rosetta Stone® Personal Edition or Homeschool Edition products (Online Subscriptions only) via or telephone, you are entitled to a no-risk, money-back guarantee. You can return the product within 30 days. See the full details.

What is the return policy?

It depends where you purchased your Rosetta Stone® product. If you purchased from a Rosetta Stone® authorized retailer, any returns must follow the retailer's policies and terms.

If you purchased directly from Rosetta Stone®, then you have 30 days to return your purchase.
