When I set up my USB headset, the Flash application stops responding and I cannot select “Continue.”
This issue appears when you attempt to set up your microphone. After completing the setup, you are unable to select the continue button:
To correct this issue, please have your local IT staff or system administrator complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to the mms.cfg file on your system, found at one of the paths below;
Note: The %WINDIR% location represents the Windows system directory, such as C:\WINDOWS.
3. Change this entry to: AVHardwareDisable=0
4. Save the file, close all browser windows, and open your browser window again.
5. Sign in to Rosetta Stone and launch the application.
