Resolution for "An Error Has Occurred"

An error has occurred
This error is caused by proxy, firewall or content filtering not allowing all traffic from Rosetta Stone through the network.  The team responsible for IT security at your organization needs to allow all content from a few domains through their proxy or other content filtering system. Please provide this documentation to your internal IT staff that can adjust the content filtering and resolve “An Error Has Occurred”.
