Notification: Product Support Change for Schools and Organizations

Rosetta Stone is committed to providing schools and organizations with the most up-to-date and effective language-learning solutions. To that end, we are continually advancing and improving our software technology and adding new products. Unfortunately, that means we cannot continue to support some of our older platforms. So, starting on June 30, 2017, technical support will be limited to knowledge base articles on our support portal for the following products:
  • Rosetta Stone Advanced v10.5 DVD
  • Tell Me More v9 Homeschool
  • Tell Me More Webpass*

The following products are discontinued:
  • Language Learning V3 CD
  • Language Learning V3 Network Edition (CD)
  • Tell Me More v7 EDU Network
  • Tell Me More v7 Network
  • Tell Me More v6
  • Tell Me More Kids v2 (CD/DVD)
  • Tell Me More v9 Online*
  • Tell Me More v9 Network
  • Tell Me More v5
*All un-activated licenses for these products must be activated by no later than June 30, 2016.
