Rarely, when attempting to access certain lessons on the Advanced English for Business program you will be presented with this error message:
This is a known issue that only occurs in the browser. These lessons are only able to be completed on the mobile app "Advanced Languages".
In order to complete this lesson, please do the following:
1. Download the "Advanced Languages" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device.
2. Launch the app and sign in using the same credentials you use on the computer.
3. Select the lesson on the mobile app and complete it.
4. Manually sign out of the app by tapping the "Settings" tab at the bottom and then tapping the "Sign Out" button.
5. Login on the computer and check to ensure the progress has synced and the lesson now shows as complete.
