Depending on your Rosetta Stone product, you will be able to renew or purchase an online subscription. With the online subscription, you will have access to our smartphone and tablet applications, games and activities, and live tutoring sessions.

Language Learning CD or Download

To extend, renew, or purchase additional online subscriptions to Rosetta Stone® Language Learning* CD-ROM or Download (formerly Version 4 TOTALe), you'll need to access your My Account page. You can access My Account by clicking My Account under your name.


 

The My Account page will open up in a new window in your web browser. Using the drop-down next to the Avatar, choose the user account you want to purchase online services for. Click the Manage Subscription tab and select the plan you wish to purchase. You can only extend online services for language levels you already own.

 


Renewal Pricing:

Before you proceed, please make sure to click on Edit Billing Info to edit or view how you want to pay for your online subscription. 

After you select your plan from Manage Subscription, click Add to Cart. Then you will see Order Summary on your right hand side of your My Account window. Make sure the plan you selected is in the Order Summary, and click on Proceed to Checkout to make your purchase.

You will be prompted to enter your Rosetta Stone credential to continue and finalize your purchase for online subscription..

Language Learning Online Subscription

To extend or renew your Rosetta Stone Online Subscription, you’ll need to access your My Account page. You can access My Account by clicking on My Account under your name.

The My Account page will open up in a new window in your web browser. If you are enrolled in auto-renew, your subscription will automatically renew on the date listed to ensure uninterrupted access to your Rosetta Stone lessons.

If your subscription has already expired, click here to select your language, and subscription duration. In order to retain your progress, when checking out make sure to enter your email address exactly as you entered it for your initial purchase.
