What do I do if I receive a message regarding the WebEx plug-in while using Google Chrome?

If you are using Google Chrome, you may receive a message asking to enable the WebEx plug-in. If you have not enabled the plug-in, first click on the plug-in icon (a puzzle piece with a red X) that appears in the right hand side of your browser's URL address bar. After you click on the icon, a box will appear where you need to select the option "Always allow plug-ins on go.webex.com" and then click "Done". These instructions should also appear on the screen to walk you through the process.
