I receive this error when I try to activate my product: "8812 This Activation ID is not valid. It may be installed on another computer. Please check and re-enter."
If you've received the following error when trying to activate your program, your Activation ID has already been used the maximum number of times.
If your computer crashed or you uninstalled the program without first deactivating it, your license cannot be deactivated for further use. In order for you to continue using Rosetta Stone, we will need to add an additional license seat to your Activation ID so that you may activate your program again. Proof of purchase is required to add an additional license seat.
