Why we require proof of purchase:

We require a valid proof of purchase to ensure that the Rosetta Stone product was purchased either directly from us or from an authorized seller of Rosetta Stone products. If you purchased directly from us, we may be able to locate your order in our system.

Rosetta Stone software is a licensed and non-transferrable product, and any type of resale is strictly prohibited by our End-User License Agreement . Rosetta Stone cannot guarantee any type of warranty or support on products acquired through unauthorized channels.

Acceptable proof of purchase is a retail receipt, invoice, screen capture of your online order summary (i.e. Amazon.com, etc.), or any similar documents obtained from the seller. The important information that needs to be included are as follows:

  • Date
  • Price
  • Seller
  • Product purchased
