TELL ME MORE - CD Not Found

You may receive the message "CD Not Found" in your TELL ME MORE Version 10 DVD program if the disc cannot be read or the incorrect disc is in the drive.

How to fix:

1. Ensure the correct disc is in the drive for the appropriate language.

2. Wipe the disc with a microfiber cloth to make sure there are no smudges or dust on the disc.

3. See if the files on the disc can be viewed by the computer by clicking Start, Computer, and then clicking on the DVD drive. If the files cannot be seen, it may mean the disc needs replacing.
