My Fit Brains Index is not syncing between devices.

Your Fit Brains Index will sync together automatically as long as your apps are connected together through the Fit Brains Network. To connect your apps please follow these steps:
 
  1. Make sure all of your apps are updated to v4.1.4.
  2. Make sure you are using the correct profile (not someone else in your household, for example). You can check under “Settings” then “Users”
  3. Go back to the “Training” tab.Tap "Start Training".
  4. Complete a session.
  5. It may take up to an hour to sync.
  6. For any other device, repeat steps 2-4.
