I receive error MC5004, MC5005 or MC5006 when I log into the TOTALe Companion™.

These errors mean the TOTALe Companion was unable to establish an internet connection.

Here's how to fix it:

Check your internet connection.

1. Click Safari from the homescreen.

2. Are you able to navigate to a website? If not, ensure you are connected to a wifi network and it has an internet connection.

Make sure your date, time and time zone are correct for your current location.

1. Press the Home button (the physical button located at the bottom of your device).

2. Press Settings , General , then Date & Time . Ensure your timezone, date, and time are set correctly. Press Set Date & Time to change your settings.

Restart your device and attempt to login to the TOTALe Companion.
