Error 9003 - Datainstaller.dll is not loading

Please check for these circumstances that can be causing 9003 error. 
  • If you are installing Rosetta Stone on a work/company computer, please seek assistance from your IT department. Our Rosetta Stone application will write into a sensitive location on the computer that requires an administrative access. For Windows, C:\ProgramData\Rosetta Stone and for Mac, Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Rosetta Stone.
  • If you are on Windows 8 laptop, please make sure that you are plugged into a power source. Having your laptop plugged into a power source can help with performance and installation.
  • If you have an Antivirus or Firewall applications installed, please refer to our exclusions list to properly exclude these items from your security software. . Click here for the list of files and folders.
