Error 8813

Error 8813 means the Activation ID does not match the language data that is installed. This can be caused, for example, by having Spanish Spain levels installed and using a Spanish Latin America Activation ID.

To fix:
  • Make sure the program is updated to the latest version by clicking here.
  • Check the language listed on your Language Level CD's and what language appears above the Activation ID boxes. If there is a mismatch, please contact Rosetta Stone by clicking here.
  • If you have upgraded your program from Version 3, you will need to enter your Version 3 Activation ID and click Activate. Then proceed to enter your Version 4 Upgrade ID and click Activate.
