Error 8120

The 8120 error appears when a Version 3 program has been upgraded to Language Learning program during activation.

This is usually caused by entering the Language Learning Upgrade Activation ID before entering the Version 3 Activation ID. To fix this, just enter the Version 3 Activation ID and click Activate. Then you'll be brought back to the activation screen so you can enter your Language Learning Upgrade Activation ID and click Activate.
