Error 5414 "Your account is already in use."

You may receive Error 5414 when accessing the online version of the program. This could be due to:
  1. Being signed in at multiple locations at the same time.
  2. Trying to access a level which has not been purchased.

How to fix:
  1. Sign out of all devices and apps you may have signed into.
  2. Close the browsers or apps and then reopen to sign in again.
  3. If you have any online content filtering programs, they will need to be closed or turned off before attempting to sign into the website.
Note: If you have purchased any level sets that are less than five, you will still see five levels present in the online program. To access those later levels, you will need to purchase them from www.rosettastone.com
