Error 5311 - Your session has been ended due to inactivity.

The error message for 5311 can occur when you are idle for some time from using Rosetta Stone.

Make sure to click on any part of lesson that you are currently on, to re-activate your online status for using Rosetta Stone. 

You can also restart your web browser (For example, Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, etc ) and try to access your Rosetta Stone's Language Training again.

Make sure to sign out of our Language Learning Website, when you are done with using Rosetta Stone.
