Rosetta Stone® Education Seminars for Classroom Implementation

The recorded sessions below are designed to help you implement the Rosetta Stone solution into your classroom based on your teaching model. To begin, please watch each of the session prerequisite videos, and then choose the session that best fits your method of instruction.

Sessions Offered: Below you will find a short description of the sessions offered. You can also find all of the teacher resources mentioned below by clicking here

Scenario 1: Rosetta Stone as a Stand Alone Implementation:
Rosetta Stone serves as the core curriculum and sole source of instruction. The teacher has the option to manage pace of study and monitor progress. A schedule of study is defined during implementation, including weekly benchmarks and expected outcomes. School facilitator has the option of assigning worksheets for extra credit.

Scenario 2: Class Time with Rosetta Stone as an Online Curriculum:
Rosetta Stone serves as the core curriculum and sole source of instruction and the teacher manages the pace of study and monitor progress. The schedule of study is defined during implementation, including weekly benchmarks and expected outcomes. There is a weekly assessment of ‘Time on Task’ and Progress. The classroom facilitator coordinates activities from the Teacher’s guide and other supplemental materials.

Scenario 3: Teacher Instruction with Supplemental Rosetta Stone Use:
The school or district's core curriculum is aligned with the Rosetta Stone course of study. The content presented through Rosetta Stone may also be used as homework. Rosetta Stone Image Cards may be used for story starters/journal activities based on content delivered in the classroom, helping learners to bridge the on-line and class content. Teachers will have access to all Rosetta Stone supplementary materials as an additional resource for classroom activities.

Scenario 4: Fully Blended Classroom Implementation:
Rosetta Stone is the core curriculum using the supplemental resources for all additional activities OR Existing school curriculum is fully integrated with Rosetta Stone content. Schedule of study is defined during implementation, including weekly benchmarks and expected outcomes. Teachers leverage Scope and Sequence and Teacher’s Guide to bridge online and in-class content. Image cards are used as story starters/journal activities to reinforce content delivered in class and on-line and workbooks are part of an established homework routine.
