Accessing Rosetta Stone Advantage on Safari

Apple recently released updates that are affecting thousands of software companies. Learners attempting to access Rosetta Stone Advantage on a Mac using the versions of Safari listed below, or on an iPhone/iPad with iOS 8, will be blocked from accessing the program after attempting to log in. The following list includes all impacted versions of the browser and operating system:
  • Mac OS X 10.8.5 with Safari 6.2
  • Mac OS X 10.9.5 with Safari 7.1
  • Mac OS X 10.10.x with Safari 8.0
  • iPhone/iPad with iOS 8
We have identified a resolution for this issue, which will be released in stages.  Each release will require a maintenance window during which Advantage will not be available. Prior notice of the maintenance windows will be published on each Advantage web site. Using an alternative browser may resolve the issue on a Mac, but not when accessing on an iPad or iPhone with iOS 8.
