Sparky's Adventures - No sound is coming from the app.

There are 3 possible causes:
 
  1. In the Sparky's Adventures app, there's a sound icon at the top-right corner of the screen at all times. Press it to toggle the sound on and off.
  2. Use the volume up/down buttons on the side of your iPad to turn up the volume.
  3. By default, the switch on the side of your iPad will mute all sounds on the device. Make sure this switch is not engaged (there should be no orange dot visible). If this doesn't work, try bringing up the Control Center by sliding up from the bottom of the screen. Depending on how you configured your iPad, there might be an option to unmute the device in the Control Center.
If this still does not resolve the sound issue you are experiencing, please reboot your phone.
