How to renew or purchase additional online subscriptions for Rosetta Stone® Language Learning
Depending on your Rosetta Stone product, you will be able to renew or purchase an online subscription. With the online subscription, you will have access to our smartphone and tablet applications, games and activities, and live tutoring sessions.
To extend, renew, or purchase additional online subscriptions to Rosetta Stone® Language Learning* CD-ROM or Download (formerly Version 4 TOTALe), you'll need to access your My Account page. You can access My Account by clicking My Account under your name.
The My Account page will open up in a new window in your web browser. Using the drop-down next to the Avatar, choose the user account you want to purchase online services for. Click the Manage Subscription tab and select the plan you wish to purchase. You can only extend online services for language levels you already own.
Before you proceed, please make sure to click on Edit Billing Info to edit or view how you want to pay for your online subscription.
To extend or renew your Rosetta Stone Online Subscription, you’ll need to access your My Account page. You can access My Account by clicking on My Account under your name.
The Version 3 CD program does not include an online subscription, however if you would like to have access to live conversational training, games and activities, and online and mobile access you can upgrade by going to rosettastone.com/totaleupgrade.
